Yesterday, the Saudi-Turkish Joint Business Council in Istanbul signed 8 cooperation agreements between Saudi and Turkish companies in several economic fields, with the aim of strengthening trade and investment relations between the two countries.

The signing took place during a roundtable meeting of the Business Council, which was held in the presence of the Governor of the Saudi Standards, Metrology and Quality Organization, Dr. Saad bin Othman Al-Qasabi, and the Turkish Minister of Commerce, Dr. Omar Polat, with the participation of the delegation of the Union of Saudi Chambers, headed by the President of the Yanbu Chamber, Ahmed bin Salem Al-Shagdali, and the Secretary-General-designate, Walid Al-Arinan. The Chairman of the Council, Sami Al-Osaimi, and a number of business owners from both sides.

The meeting was held jointly organized by the Federation of Saudi Chambers, the Foreign Trade Authority, and the Turkish Foreign Economic Relations Council, with the participation of a large number of companies in the two countries, according to the Saudi News Agency (SPA).
