The Saudi Authority for Industrial Cities and Technology Zones “Modon” announced the launch of 10 new development projects in 6 industrial cities with a value exceeding 538 million riyals (about 143.5 million dollars) in cooperation with a number of local companies.

This comes as a commitment from “Modon” to create a model investment environment that meets the ambitions of investors in the industrial sector, and to achieve its goals by enabling the private sector to contribute to diversifying sources of income, within the framework of the support provided by the National Strategy for Industry and the National Industries Development and Logistics Services Program “NIDLB”.

The agreements included the signing of a contract to establish 80 factories and ready-made products in the industrial cities of Al-Ahsa and Taif, and the Oasis of Cities in Al-Ahsa, with areas of 350 and 450 square meters, as a contribution to providing solutions that enhance the ease of business, empower male and female entrepreneurs and owners of small and medium enterprises, and increase their participation in the gross domestic product in accordance with the goals of Saudi Vision 2030. .

“Modon” signed 3 contracts to construct advanced infrastructure with a total area exceeding 5.7 million square meters in the eastern expansion of the Industrial City in Hail, and in the Industrial City in Medina, with the aim of supporting and sustaining production processes and meeting the requirements of specific industries in the industrial cities.
