E-commerce in Saudi Arabia is expected to achieve revenues of 260 billion riyals by 2025, as it is expected to achieve a compound annual growth of 15 percent between 2020 and 2025.

According to the Saudi business sector report for the last quarter of 2023, issued by the Ministry of Commerce, existing e-commerce records grew by 24 percent, to reach 37,481 records, topped by Riyadh with 15,074 records, then Mecca with 9,529 records.

Saudi Arabia was ranked eighth globally among the top ten developing economies in e-commerce, according to the United Nations Conference on Trade and Development index, which includes 152 countries.
